Elaine Sison Ernst is a Senior Consultant at AMS Risk Management & Consulting/LRF Division specializing in professional risk management and insurance consulting services on a continuous basis and on a per project basis. Prior to joining AMS Risk/LRF, Elaine attained vast experience in the insurance industry working as a consultant at prominent risk management firms in NYC and Long Island and as a broker at Marsh. Throughout her career, she has negotiated comprehensive property and casualty insurance programs for clients in various industries including real estate development/ ownership, financial institutions, entertainment and food wholesalers/ retailers. Building relationships through integrity and proficiency, Elaine focuses on managing and mitigating risks arising in the complex and changing insurance marketplace. Elaine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and General Business from University of Maryland and continues to stay abreast of the latest insurance issues through webinars and classes.
