Robert Feinman

Bob (Robert) Feinman is a Consultant at AMS Risk Management & Consulting, Inc., a consulting firm that specializes in providing professional insurance risk management and consulting services to clients on a continuous and project basis.  With over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, Bob specializes in all forms of property and casualty insurance, including umbrella, commercial buildings, coops and condos, directors and officers liability, EPLI and E&O.  He also has extensive knowledge of cyber liability coverages and risks and
flood risks and insurance, enhanced by his interest and understanding of the field of “hurricanology”.

Prior to his association at AMS Risk Management & Consulting, Inc. Bob was a Co-Owner/Co-President  of a mid-sized, independent Property & Casualty Insurance Agency on Long Island, responsible for marketing and placing insurance, managing customer relations,  putting together programs for niche businesses and maintaining  the firm’s technology platform.  Prior to that Bob worked at AIG with responsibility for underwriting and pricing AIG’s excess casualty business and brokering it to reinsurance intermediaries.

Bob received a B.S. in Management from the Whitman School of Business at Syracuse University.  He also maintains Property/Casualty broker’s license as well as a Consultants license.
